Our guides are prepared with AI assistance and checked against linked manufacturer materials. We have not used these products in a test kitchen. We do not publish invented ratings, customer testimonials, or claims of first-hand testing. Product mentions are examples to investigate, not guarantees of suitability.
For equipment facts, we prefer official product pages and instruction books. We identify the market where it matters and date price snapshots. Prices, included accessories, and model specifications can change. If sources conflict, we flag the uncertainty and withhold the preset until it is resolved.
What the planner calculates
The planner checks a single side-by-side arrangement. It adds machine width, optional grinder width, a gap between the two, and your preparation width. Required depth is the deeper item plus your extra depth. Required height is the taller item plus your extra overhead.
All inputs are stored internally in centimeters; switching units changes the display. A positive remainder means your equipment and entered allowances fit within that dimension. A negative remainder shows the shortage.
Starting values describe an illustrative setup. Named presets use dated manufacturer references. Editable allowances are planning choices, not manufacturer minimum clearances. The tool cannot check tank access, moving handles, steam, furniture load, or the placement requirements in your manual.
Why small-space coffee?
There is an established home-coffee audience and a practical problem to solve. The National Coffee Association’s Spring 2026 report says 82% of past-day coffee drinkers had coffee prepared at home; past-week espresso-based drink consumption increased from 40% in 2022 to 45% in 2026. These broad figures support the audience, but do not prove demand for any individual search term. Read the NCA report.
