The small-kitchen trade-off

It has the same listed width as the Encore ESP, but is 10 cm deeper and 7 cm taller. Narrow does not automatically mean a good fit under cupboards.

What the dimensions include

Current US page lists W × D × H = 13 × 25 × 41 cm. An older 2018 product sheet lists a slightly smaller envelope; we retain the larger current specification.

We preserve the source’s dimensional basis and convert units for comparison. A rectangular footprint is a calculation from width and depth; it is not a measurement of the feet or proof that an appliance can sit at the edge of a shelf.

Access matters as much as size

Check hopper access and the fit of your own portafilter or dosing cup in the support arms. The overall machine height does not answer those questions.

Mark the published rectangle with masking tape, then rehearse your routine with the cup, tools and water container you intend to use. If the footprint touches another appliance, reserve a separate working area before deciding it fits.

Try an allowance before buying

For an initial single-item sketch, adding an illustrative 6 in preparation zone gives 11.12 in width. Adding 4 in total depth allowance gives 13.84 in depth, and adding 3 in overhead gives 19.14 in height. These are adjustable planning choices, not required safety clearances. A second appliance can change the deepest and tallest item.

Open this model in the full planner to include another appliance and change the allowances. For a grinder-only filter station, replace the illustrative machine with your brewer’s dimensions.

What still needs checking

Match the exact model and regional electrical version, confirm the current price and availability, and read its placement instructions. We have not independently measured noise, speed, cup quality, durability or the moving-part envelope. These specifications cannot settle those questions.
